Our Story
The concept for Swifta began to form in Jorge's mind in 2020. He had seen businesses of all sizes struggle with information management systems. He realised the impediment to solving this wasn't a lack of financial resources. The core of the problem was fragmented data: numerous departmental solutions, each with its own isolated database. This forced people to find, interpret and re-enter data manually to share information. As an Engineering Project Manager constantly juggling diverse information about a single asset from various departments and companies, Jorge had a critical insight: an asset's information should inherently belong to the asset itself, and its digital data must be transferred as effortlessly as physical ownership.

This realisation, combined with his knowledge of 3D design software, ignited the concept of a reimagined digital twin. Not a 3D model, but an abstract, non-dimensional digital counterpart to every asset, holding all its data, information, files, components. This digital twin would be linked to other objects and accessible to all relevant parties. As Jorge developed this idea, its immense value became clear: it could eliminate non-value-adding processes and centralise all information into a single, validated, and reliable source of truth. The more he refined this vision, the more he understood its personal necessity, realising that if he didn't build this transformative solution, no one else would.

He is known for his analytical approach, problem-solving abilities, dedication to efficiency and exceptional interpersonal skills. As a mentor and team player, Jorge excels at simplifying complex concepts and his strategic mindset. Now, he is leveraging his expertise to develop software aimed at improving and simplifying administrative processes and saving time. A dynamic and seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience as a business partner and director, specializing in optimizing company administration and accounting operations.
Alejandra is an expert in fiscal and tax management and have a proven track record of designing and leading professional training courses in critical financial areas such as administrative accounting, cost control, budgeting, and corporate cost structures. Her experience is backed by a demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and financial clarity. Prior to her directorial role, she spent 8 impactful years at 3Com International Inc., where she ascended from an intern to the Regional Controller for 7 countries in South America. In this key leadership position, Alejandra was responsible for direct reporting to the parent company and successfully led the implementation and management of the SAP system across the entire region, a project that significantly streamlined operations and improved financial reporting.
